Welcome to Willowbrook Farm Caravan Park!
To ensure a safe and peaceful stay for all our guests, please follow these guidelines.
General Rules & Information
• Check-In: From 2:00 - 5PM | Check-Out: By 10:00AM. Late check-in available until 6:00 PM only when pre-arranged with management and may incur additional costs.
• Speed Limit: 8 km/h at all times, shared zone with people walking, and children riding bikes. Children to be supervised while riding and please wear helmets
• Noise Curfew: 10:00 PM – 7:00 AM. Please respect fellow guests by keeping noise to a minimum. No loud music, parties, or disruptive behaviour.
• Office Hours: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM. Emergency after-hours contact: (9575 7566).
• Visitor Policy: ALL VISITORS must report to the office upon arrival and may be subject to day-use fees. Vehicles not to be parked in bays.
• Fire Safety: Open fires are strictly prohibited. Fire hoses are for emergencies only. Outdoor electric heaters are also banned.
• DEPOSIT: a minimum deposit is required to secure your booking. Equal to one night tariff.
• CANCELLATION POLICY: Notification within 48hrs for a refund. Under 48hrs or no show then deposit forfeited. No refunds granted after check-in or for any alterations or shortened stays.
• MINIMUM STAY PERIODS: Long Weekends requires a minimum of 3-night paid booking, Easter Long Weekend requires a minimum of 4-night paid booking.
Facilities & Amenities
• Ensuite style Ablutions now provided - please clean up after yourselves and supervise children as this is NOT a play area
• Dump Point: 1 available.
• Sullage Points: Grey water only.
• Laundry, BBQ & Kitchen: Open 7:00 AM – 10:00 PM, please clean up after yourselves and supervise children as this is NOT a play area (Laundry cannot be used for pet bedding.)
• Shearing Shed: Closes at 10:00 PM.
• Animal Feeding: Observed daily from approximately 4:30 PM – 5:00 PM. (depending on the animals)
• Scones on Sundays! Join us at from 9 AM to 9:30 AM for complimentary freshly baked scones, jam and cream before you head off at 10 AM
• Caravan Placement: Hitches must face the roadway and remain within allocated sites.
• Vehicle Use: No unlicensed vehicles, motorbikes, or e-riders are allowed.
• Only one accommodation type, one vehicle and one power supply per site (if powered) Power bollards are shared across sites. No Generators
• Waste Management: Please use the designated lidded bins for rubbish and recycling, additional bottle & cans can be placed in tubs near small garden shed
• Children: Parents/guardians are responsible for supervising their children at all times. Especially around the Shower facilities for their safety.
• No cleaning of fish, or washing of vehicles allowed onsite.
Pet Policy
• Prior notice at time of your booking is required if bringing a Pet. Limit of one pet per site. Small (knee height) Well Behaved
• Kept on lead, leash at all times, and clean up after their toileting
• Supervision: Pets must not be left unattended or locked inside vehicles. Pets are not permitted in the laundry, kitchen, BBQ area or any ablutions. Owners must clean up after their pets.
• Restrictions: No pets allowed during school holidays or long weekends.
• Mess Policy: Excessive mess left behind may be reported to other parks, and asked to leave.
Safety & Security
• Emergency Assembly Point: Car park.
• Defibrillator: Located at the front office.
• Security: Lock all vehicles before leaving them. The park is not responsible for theft or property damage. Cameras in use at this Park for your safety.
Additional Notes
• Limited Phone & TV Signal, and No Internet Available – Be prepared for a digital detox!
• Smoking: No littering. Smoking is prohibited within 5 meters of any open window, door, or inside buildings. Please use the designated smoking area outside the- Shearing Shed.
• No charging of any Electric Vehicles at this park
